Congratulations to the Ottawa Stroke Program!  The Research team was recognized with a TOH Excellence Award  on May 22, 2018!  

In addition, our CRSN Medical Director was recognized with this year's Physician Excellence Award!  Congratulations, Dr Grant Stotts!  Well done, all!

The Champlain LHIN

The Champlain Local Health Integration Network is home to 1,176,600 people or 9.5% of the Ontario population. It encompasses a large geographical area that includes Renfrew County, the City of Ottawa, Prescott & Russell, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry, North Grenville, and four parts of North Lanark (Beckwith, Carleton Place, Mississippi Millls and Lanark Highlands). In the Champlain region, there are 21 hospitals, 7 community health centres plus satellites, 61 long-term care homes, and more than 100 community-based agencies.
