We are pleased to offer an upcoming in-service with Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada. Learn more about their programs and services, including a stroke program designed to provide comprehensive, in-home rehabilitation services for individuals experiencing vision impairments after a stroke.

Target audience: Health Care Providers in the Champlain region working with patients post-stroke who have experienced vision loss. All areas on the continuum of care are welcome!
